Project Background:

The gold leaching process requires extremely accurate dosing of cyanide solution under strict safety requirements. Leakage risks and seal failures were major concerns with conventional metering pumps.

VOSS Solution:

Servo hose metering pumps were selected due to their seal-less design and high dosing accuracy at low flow rates. The servo control ensured precise adjustment in response to process feedback, while the hose-based structure eliminated leakage risks.

Results:

Chemical dosing stability improved significantly, safety risks were reduced, and maintenance intervals were extended by
